That’s why we’re so proud of our most recent workplace recognition – National Mortgage News and Best Companies Group has recently named PrimeLending the 3rd Best Mortgage Company to Work For in the country.

Proud to be named best mortgage companies to work for

This inaugural award from National Mortgage News is strictly focused on the mortgage industry, making the honor even more significant. While we ranked third overall, PrimeLending was the top workplace among national lenders, showcasing how our proven powerhouse continues to excel in a highly competitive industry.

“We’re so honored to be included on this prestigious list, chosen in part based on the feedback of our employees,” said PrimeLending Chairman and CEO Todd Salmans. “In the highly competitive mortgage industry, it’s the quality and dedication of our people who set us apart. That’s why we continue to focus on fostering a strong, rewarding culture in which every team member feels appreciated, supported and engaged.”

The two-step survey process from National Mortgage News measured workplace policies, practices, philosophy, demographics, and the overall employee experience among 37 lenders, brokers and servicers. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.

Along with this prestigious honor, PrimeLending has also been recognized as a Best Workplace for Women, Diversity and Millennials, as well as the 4th Best Workplace in Financial Services & Insurance by Great Place to Work® and Fortune Magazine over the past year.
